A RENEWAL OF AN ADULT PASSPORT

The PC7 Renewal Application can only be used by adults renewing a passport that had a least 2 year's validity and that is still current or expired less than two years ago. If your passport expired more than two years ago, was lost, stolen or damaged or you are changing your name, you cannot use a renewal application.

• A complete PC7 Australian Passport Renewal Application with the following details:
o Contact details (daytime or mobile telephone number and/or email address)
o Date of travel (if you are travelling in the next two months)
o Type of passport you are applying for
o Details for someone that can be contacted in case of an emergency
o You must sign within the box and date the declaration
o Two passport photographs that meet Australian passport requirements. One of which has your name written on the back.

• Your most recently issued Australian passport

• Passport application lodgement fee

Please check that all pre-printed details are correct!

You can renew your passport by mail. Please ensure that your application is complete (including your current passport) and send it to;
