FEES
Fees are payable by cash or EFTPOS ("PIN") only on lodgement of your complete passport application at the Embassy. The Embassy does not have the facility to accept payment by credit cards.
Fees are non-refundable after lodgement and payable in EUROs only.
The Euro amount is subject to revision on the first day of each month due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or changes to the fees payable under the Passport Act. Please check these details again if you are paying in a different month.
Please note that the fee is an application lodgement fee. Your application will not be taken into production until all requirements for the application have been met and the lodgement fee has been received. It is not possible to pay the fee upon collection of your passport.

* The Australian Embassy in The Hague does not have the facility to issue a full validity passport with priority processing as this is only possible in Australia. If your passport needs replacing, and you are travelling urgently please contact the Passports Office on 070-3108242 for further information and guidance.
Postage: If you do not wish to come to the Embassy to collect your passport, please add €7.00 to your payment in order to have your passport(s) and supporting documents returned to you by registered mail.
Lodgement by Mail
If you are lodging your application by mail, payment may be made by bank transfer to the Embassy bank account in Euros. Please include the name of the applicant and the application number, which is printed under the barcode on the top right-hand corner of the application form. Please do NOT make payment until 2-3 working days following the day you mail your application to the Embassy as this will facilitate the processing of your application.

Lost/Stolen Fees
Under the Passports Act 2005 if you have lost or had your passport stolen and you are applying to replace the stolen or lost document you will be fined a lost/stolen fee which will be charged in addition to the passport lodgement fee.
