Passport requirements
For entry into Australia, your passport needs to be valid only for the full duration of your planned visit.
If you are travelling through other countries, please check with the Embassy or Consulate of that particular country as to their passport requirements.
If your child is included on your passport, they may accompany you into Australia on that document. However, children are required to have their own Electronic Travel Authority or eVisitor, even when traveling on their parent's passport.
