Visa evidencing
If you have received written notification from another DIAC office that your visa has been granted and that you need to have a visa label placed in your passport, you should send your passport together with a copy of the letter that you received to:

If you need your passport for urgent travel, you should arrange to have the passport sent by courier. You will also need to arrange for the return of the document by courier.
